This newest range of canvas paintings has been inspired by the resurgence of an architectural style know ans Brutalism (Beton Brut). A much maligned and misunderstood modern form which has become a symbol of urban decay and failure. The style is characterised by large scale geometric shapes and made from raw concrete.
Although available to buy now, these pieces are to be displayed as a group piece at 1000 Lakeside North Harbour Portsmouth. These pieces are designed for flexibility in display, modular pieces which can be displayed as singular pieces of placed together to form many different patterns and shapes.
